Yoga with props – intensive
We are offering regularly seven-day intensives to learn the use of props (Iyengar stile), to enhance your flexibility and perfect your practice of asanas.
These classes are especially for beginners and intermediate students of yoga. The use of props, such as belts, ropes, wooden bricks, chairs, wall, etc. will help you to enhance your flexibility in a short period of time, thus perfecting your asanas.
The use of props also gives you a soft approach to yoga, which protects you from injuries such as overstretching.
